Hello and welcome to our latest newsletter.

Whilst we are aware of the negative impact and effects the lockdown has had on so many people, we are pleased to see that the property market is back with a swing. Our our industry is not alone in coming out of its unseasonal hibernation and, day by day, there's positive news coming from various quarters. Here's some snippets that caught our eye.

Housing Market Acceleration

Many industry reports are telling the same story - and one that we can corroborate in our own area, and that is that there's high demand, competition among buyers and, under the right circumstances, an increase in prices being realised. It's heartening when, just a few months ago, the outlook was bleak according to many ne'ersayers. Here, we remained optimistic that our area's superb mix of convenience, greenery and character would shine through - a dead cert in times of uncertainty!

Serving the community in a safe, innovative way

It's so refreshing to see how local eateries have embraced the changes and safety measures necessary at the moment, and no doubt they will continue to adapt whilst we move into the latest release of restrictions. We are very lucky to have a real variety of choice and cuisine's from cafe's to restaurants to suit all budgets. Under the guise of 'supporting local business' we have tried and tested many of these over the last few months and it has been a real treat and a refreshing experience. Take a look and see for yourself how many good places we have on our doorstep, and if you can, give them a go and at the same time provide the entrepreneurs behind them much needed custom.

Epping Forest the place to see

We are sure many of you would have seen Epping Forest on Countryfile last weekend so we thought we would share some of the best places to go and see. Many local residents that we speak to are so thankful that during this Covid -19 lockdown that we have the benefit Epping Forest literally upon our doorstep. It is an area that so many of us take for granted but have again rediscovered it during this time. With the Forest stretching from Leytonstone to beyond Epping there are many areas for us to discover and learn more about our surroundings . Click the link to find some new areas to explore
